Our “Strategy System” approach uses aspects of our System Shift framework, as these approaches and concepts are tightly connected.
A key first step is defining the ‘region of success,’ and our systems-led approach ensures multiple voices are engaged in shaping this.
One key differentiator of this strategy system approach is that it ensures your strategy evolves and changes. Part of the design is to have a continual checking, tuning and refinement of the strategy alongside indicators that tell you if there is movement along the desired ‘trajectory’ you have mapped out.
